On June 2015, Jean Pierre HEIM, World famous architect, launched his critically acclaimed book, ‘Symbolism in Architecture Design’ with his architect daughter, Carolyn HEIM, at the French Embassy in New York City, then in Shanghai and Paris.

The book offers highly personal insight into the creative world of Jean-Pierre HEIM, showing beautiful contemporary works from across the globe, as well as the interior design work of HEIMstyle, run by HEIM’s daughter Carolyn.

This stunning coffee table book takes readers on a tour of international design, highlighting HEIM’s natural talent for creating the most stunning environments, be they homes, offices or restaurants. His modern, yet personal approach to design has resulted in incredible designs the world over and ‘Symbolism in Architecture Design’ lays bare his approach for lovers of great architectural works.

Mr. Heim is currently working on The Beijing Yacht Club, which is under construction and have plans to open soon. In addition to his architectural work, HEIM is also a French foreign trade advisor and the architectural scenographer for ‘Best of France’, a vast trade show that will be held in New York City’s Times Square.

Mr. Heim has worked with clients such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Revillon, Baccarat, Christian Lacroix, Lanvin, Puiforcat and Club Med; and has designed world-famous venues such as The Capitol Music Theater in Frankfurt Offenbach, the Luxor Palace in Dresden and the Brasserie La Lorraine, along with luxury resorts and entertainment centers, such as Coral Beach Club in St Maarten, luxury villas in Greece, the Gu Resort in Pagan Myanmar and Las Velas Resort in Luperon, in The Dominican Republic, to name but a few.

As for his daughter, Carolyn HEIM, a registered HMO architect; she has traveled throughout France, Greece, the US and China becoming fascinated with sustainable design and eco-architecture, and has since studied the field extensively. As the co-founder of HEIMstyle, Carolyn has brought her distinctive personal design style and exceptional taste in coloring and accessories to any number of projects undertaken by Jean-Pierre HEIM and Associates, including the Coral Beach Club, the Shanghai Yacht Club and a number of villas on Mykonos Island in Greece. Another of HEIM’s passions is jewelry design and her attention to detail and design are apparent in her own designer jewelry brand.
