To take on the mission of identifying the top five caviars of 2016, Upscale Living headed to New York to meet with Paramount Caviar. Paramount is one of the top purveyors of this delicacy in the country and is widely revered for their commitment to only working with providers who are known for a commitment to sustainability practices. Additionally, they visit each and every one of their vendors to assure a high-quality environment for production and handling—quality indeed!

After much deliberation, here is a list of what we believe to be the best five caviars currently available:
